What did your stock flow honed sticks flow out of curiosity? Be nice to see a comparison between 5 hole, 6 hole and 7 hole. I have some stock sticks that could be opened up.

I sold my stock extrude honed nozzles.

Let's see what shows itself after I have them extrude honed (if we can)

Also we are venturing into a world of vco vs sac as well.

You need the isspro gauges and data logger system for test like this.

A good start would be injectors that are actually equal to each other...........maybe we'll see what develops

Yup, I demand a 3-angle Go-Pro throughout every test, one watching gauges, one watching exhaust, and one watching you watching the gauges to make sure you're not picking your nose. I also demand multiple dyno runs with various tuning setups repeated for each set of injectors.

On a side note.........I've had almost a dozen sets of injectors in my truck within the last 6 months.

best to date for power...........72lpm 5 hole vco marine angle (after I took away about 8 degrees worth of timing), 2nd to that was 48lpm extrude honed stockers.

Best to date for extreme smoke, like couldn't even drive...........72lpm 5 hole vco marine angle. 2nd to that was anything with a marine angle

Best to date for fuel economy............doesn't make a lick of fricken difference, they are all exactly the same so far.

Best to date for cleanliness............77lpm 5x14.5 extrude honed SAC nozzles............I'm giving that to these due to their retarded size and they are the cleanest I've EVER had at an idle...............2nd to these are anything that are the correct spray angle, the bigger the more they smoke, the smaller the less they smoke (who'da thunk it)

Hmmm... Better make that 3 disposable cameras and however many trips down a straight stretch of road 5 gallons of diesel will get you.

I would send you a set of 4 hole 190's for testing, just to add some more variety.. I kinda think they are in the 4x12 - 4x13 range.
