Yes they will fit BUT the pop pressure is much greater in a 2nd Gen than our 1st Gens.

you dont want to run larger injector lines on you 12mm pump and you really dont wanna run them if you tow or drive in any kind of traffic really crazy idle touchy throttle and lots of low end smoke

You need a pop tester. Easiest thing is take them to a pump shop. They can get them close on the first try, since they do them all the time, plus they have the shims. ;)
I've never messed with taking an injector apart, just so ya know. ;-)

i took one apart

there is nothing to them

and the shims are avail thru cummins (and i am sure most shops that do inj have them too)

but - if you dont have a pressure tester the shims wont do you any good

I have one at work BUT they must make a lot better ones, because the only thing this ones good for is to check a dribbling inj :bball:

I wouldn't be able to tell if the shim improved the pressure or not...........I couldn't even tell yeah if the Pressure were the same with a stock set of injectors.

You need one that has "0" bleed down and this one.........well it bleeds down.
