Well, this farm town mentality is the same as everywhere else... younguns wanna know if it rolls coal. they dont care about anything else.

I built my duramax for mileage, and it runs good enough to back all the dodge cr guys off, so with the influx of first and second gens popping up, and the shops around here not knowing squat about mechanical injection, I want to build something new to shut em up.

Plus its awesome when you can get in that hole on the freeway and the guy in the king ranch ford cant stand that turd just passed him!

Oh, I hear ya.

And our lightweight trucks fly with not much power.

Anything larger than about a 60-65lpm injector and things just don't run right. There are ways to overcome it, just takes a little know how and TUNING.

400rwhp can be made with 50lpm sticks...........anything bigger than about 55-60lpm and drivability becomes a loss for each hp one gains.

Will a 55-60 lph stick push a set of twins effectively? And what does that translate do, a 5x13ish? I figure to go as big as i can and open them up if need be.

There will prolly be a small hit of dope and water meth in the mix as well. ;-)

Guys push twins with 55lpm sticks.

5x13 sticks are a good match if one wants to open them up later (extrude hone). 5x13 can be opened up to about 72lpm later on.........which is about the same size as ddp comp injectors.

Good to know. I guess its time to start shopping and stacking parts... all it takes is money, right?
