I'm thinking late this year or early next in the El Mirage desert....no dynos or drag or pulls, just being stupid and camping out in the stars....any takers?? :D

How far is the el mirage? No Mosquitos, I'm in. I hate camping, and those little buggers p!ss me off. Since I only know of a few females who drives a first gen, I assume this may turn out to be a sau-sagge fest. Lol
Which reminds me of.............

Yeah. It was sounding pretty good to me....'til I watched Eric's video. Well, if I don't drink too much and
keep my .45 ACP handy I should be safe.

I'm sure it will be all fine and dandy. I just had to rile you guys.

Now is this the lake bed where you can just take off hauling mail, with no special equipment or Liscense?
I know this isn't a competitive event, but if I drive 7.5 hours, I'm going to have to squash the skinny pedal for a while.

I'd be in if I could figure out my fuel system problem and if it was less than a 3000+ kilometer drive one way

I love El Mirage; I'd love to drive out there sometime.

The Begle doesn't camp, though.

If I had the 5 spd in I would! An 8 hour drive with a 3spd and no overdrive does not sound fun, haha.

Just make sure to use the right lug nuts. :(

LOL, I've been there..... Back in the day with my first 91, I put a lift on it and ran some big old wide tires on some brand new ultra ?50s?.....anyways, didn't have enough lug sticking through and had one fly off while I was turning.

Dropping all the way down to the rotor on an 8" lifted vehicle is a heck of a long drop.
