you gotta watch those off brang ebay turbos i had a set of twin 72mm off brands i got from ebay and on my s 10s first run the compresso wheels exploded filling my 20 000 dollar engie full of metal chunks in the burnout box. kinda embarrasing. an hx 55 would be good for twins but a 60 would be even better. there is a place on ebay sellin s475's with a warranty for under 700 bucks

i have never had a hx40 on a cummins but i did run one on an eclipse that i built. what i found on the dyno with that engine was the 6 blade spooled slower but made more top end power and the eight blade spooled faster but made less on the top. hope that helps

ya it helps
i would need the 8 blade for faster spool becuase i got the new hx 60, witch is almost in the mail
you know what really blows my mind, you can buy a new hx 60 and an hx 35 or hx 40 for around a 1000ish, and get a hot pipe made up for 200ish and few other small things, but when your all said and done it might only cost you 1500 or if you really shop 1000 bucks, how can ats and bd and those guys sell twin systems for 3500 to 5000 its just crazy and they get all the parts cheap too.

and what exacly is a t3 flange
