Oh ok. So you just cut the steel tube down and use a peice of longer hose to go down to the block? And what did you do for a boost tube to the I/C?

I have often wondered if there really was a set number. As I've track packed a few overpasses, and slopes with a dozer.
I was in a serious reclined position for hours on end, 1:1,1.5:1, and even some 2:1 slopes. That turbo didn't auto level, and it lasted.

Not knocking you, I'm curious as well to know a definite answer as to what is too much permanent incline for turbo to last. For all I know as long as your feed is still your feed, and your drain is still your drain, you may be good!! Lol

I understand. I got it from a install sheet from Borg Warner. This was just during mounting of the turbo. It said more than that and it "can" cause draining issues.

My motor is a industrial cummins my turbo sits on top of the manifold and from the factory the turbo oil feed line sits at about 2 o'clock. So a oil angle must not matter.
