I also have a hellman sump that I got last august that'll be going in at the same time, so everything from the tank to the ip will be new(er)

So after a little over a week of waiting I took delivery of these bad boys

I also smoked my taillights. They turned out pretty good for the amount of effort I put into them

Any update on the second gen seat install? I just picked up a set from the local yard. Haven't really gotten in there to look around yet though.

Got started on a hybrid/467 compound setup by finding some parts I'd misplaced, then figured out a spring gate acuator, ported the wastegate, drilled the divider, and gasket matched the turbine housing on the hybrid. Now I'm just working on cleaning the housing

I drilled my divider out to 3/4". Opened up the WG hole and just went all the way. Now you're laid off is a good time to get all these things done if you have the parts! ;)

I've got the port itself close to 1" (the back side is opened up pretty much to the height of the port) and the divider is 1/2" the spring gate is actually the one I had on my s300 with a spacer on the bolt to get the adjustability I needed.

That's pretty much my plan Pete. I should have everything needed to get the compounds done. Still waiting on a fitting to get the fuel system all set up. Then hopefully it'll run.

I'm also now looking to sell the silver bullet 62 I just pulled off. It has maybe 7000 miles on it, and It's still in really good shape

All that's left on the compounds is the downpipe (still waiting on the v-band clamp) fuel system is all done though (only have a picture of the sump in.

Nobody ever taught you how to grind welds or wipe off the extra silicone? Boy, you need a mentor! That looks like something Dudney would do!

I cleaned up the silicone after I took the picture. The welds on the other hand are just still there due to laziness (I did clean them up a little when I redid the primaries brace) but it still isn't finished, so I'm using that excuse

Small update. Spent 4 or 5 hours making the primaries turbine housing pretty, and got the hotpipe totally complete

Also cleaned all the rust off my steed speed, and wire wheeled it. It looks so pretty I kind of wish there was a high temp coating that was just clear. Eventually I think I'll get it ceramic coated. Probably just hit it with the header paint I have, so it doesn't rust again.
