i imagine it would fit but dont think it would be needed unless you was tryin to spin like 5k plus.

yes true, but if i had my engine out i would do it just to strengthen block due to Cough all the HP we all are tryin to make plus if we are draggin around bigger loads it would be a bit of insurance for the price

Did you read the fine print?

Not sure what good it would be without that feature as then all it would be is a block spacer or crank spacer/baffle?

That is a factory Cummins part, they refer to it as a block stiffener.
