The image DodgeFreak is talking about . . . . .

BUT! . . . . pending what governor-spring you use, you may find it better to go one tick one way, or the other.

For Example, the 3800rpm governor-spring is a little longer that the stock/OEM spring. Perhaps an eighth of an inch longer.

To make the thing work as intended, one could:
A: Shorten the 3800 spring and reshape the end so as to be much like the Stock/OEM spring length.

OR

B: Rotate the throttle-shaft one tick counter-clockwise, so as to take up the slack (if you will), in the internal linkage assembly.

In either case, with completing the above, you'll still want to revisit the main fuel-screw adjustment to dial it all back in.

You mean the 3800? The 3200 is the stock length... isn't it?

Hell, I can't remember anymore, Jane.

But you're right, the 3800 spring I currently run is about an 8th of an inch longer the stock/OEM.

I edited my post.

The 4k spring is longer also. I just reindexed the throttle in stead of clipping it.
