He is no longer in business, he decided not to make them anymore.

I believe he sold everything to someone who was going to make them. I haven't seen or heard anything though.

I have been considering building a few sets or making it a side job, just not sure how much demand there will be. I would build them out of 3" aluminum. Let me know if your interested, I'll put your on them list.

Kasper ,
Thanks for responding. Tim set a standard for price and quality that will be quite a challenge to match !I admire your ambition.
Yes, I need a shorty , grid-delete, elbow. That is the smallest, simplest part that Tim made.It just bolts on to the manifold and reconnects to the factory intake tubing.
I would like to give the business to a fellow Forum member!

So, basically an intake horn to upgrade the factory one? 2.5" or 3"?
I never really looked at what tim offered so I dont know what his shorty package included.

It was basically the same as the factory IC intake horn, just 3". He had that, a set that was a direct replacement for the IC tubes, a set for a PowerStroke intercooler upgrade on an IC truck, and a NON-IC crossover. All of it I believe was 3" TIG welded stainless tubing.

If you do a google search for Tim Worline Coolertubz and click on images ,you'll see some of his work.
The 'shorty' would be the easiest way to get started.

Here is a link to an intake upgrade/install post .See post #24 onward.
http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/dev/ ... 908p2.html
It is not as simple as you might suppose when looking at Tim's finished product installed.
If anyone has a better link to the technical details/dimensions of an intake pipe upgrade, please post here so we can help whoever picks up this business get the intake correctly designed and fabricated.
Thanks for any suggestions!
The alternative is to fit a 2nd gen intake horn+(?) plate.
Here is a 1st Gen link from earlier that discusses the comparison between Coolertubz and the later air horn
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=14645&p=129154&hilit=Air+horn#p129154
the later intake is fairly straightforward to fit and connect to existing flex connectors -depends how much you plan to change the rest of the system. The later intake goes for around $50 used on Ebay
