If a truck is not towing all the time and is in the stock to 350hp range, the Super B turbo is way better all around. Super B can tow extremely heavy loads, but it spools faster than the 60/68 when not using a lot of power.
375hp +......62fmw all day long.

Order the turbo only, and then either order a HX40 flange downpipe or one can weld on a hx40 flange to an existing 4" d/p for $25.00. Then you'll need an HX40 exhaust clamp $25.00.

You'll have to cut the leg off the intake horn, as in the picture you'll see what's left when it's removed. Depending on what turbo you are going to use, hooking it up to the piping would be the only minor issue. If you used say an HX35, or even a IC H1C, it's all there. If you are going to run the stocker, you'll have to find a elbow that goes from the small outlet to the rather large IC piping.
CumminsPower59 wrote:Gonna have to get crafty if you are going to adapt the stock baby H1C to the intercooler. Figure out a way to get the 2" compressor outlet to the 3" intercooler piping, an make a 90 degree bend in there too. Might as well plop on a different turbo while your in there, it'll solve your current lag issue too, and you won't need to get hokey adapters to fanaggle the stock turbo to the intercooler plumbing.
Also, since it wasn't mentioned before, you'll have to modify the throttle bracket. Yes, you can do as I did in the pictures and cut the top off, but then there is just one bolt on the bottom holding the entire throttle bracket assembly on. You could weld on some tabs to re-attach it. I picked up an IC throttle bracket (91.5-93) off eBay for cheap. You'll have to do some grinding on it to go around the injection lines, 75% of part of a certain area will need to be ground down.
This isn't a 100% bolt on affair. You will have to do some sort of modification somewhere.

Possibly. I'd double check the sizing just to be sure. I've been known to be wrong before
