Ya...but it has the same resultas putting in huge injectors in Jaeger and keeping rail pressure stock.....with a single cp3

I Know someone who's done just that like a few days ago. Moparproud just put 200% overs in his 07 with triples, and stock cp3. Helped bottom end a bunch, but yeah it barely holds 20k on a little tune.

Jaeger will get duals before the 200% overs go in though

I'm surprised its even holding that much. I know Anarchy recommends going dual cp3 with anything over about 50% over at max.

Yeah. His issue is the primary piping runs across the top of the head for some stupid reason, so fitment is an issue with dual fuellers

Got to test the injectors on a cold start. It was 0*F this morning and they still idled pretty clean. Even while it was idling at 4-500 rpm lol

Honing... it's what to do. Makes things run as clean as their original size, but make the power of what they flow. If done properly that is.

Did you notice any mileage differences after honing the stockers?

Its hard to tell if im getting any better mpg compared to the 5x12's. I should be able to tell pretty soon now that the weather is stabilizing. Been a hard winter for mpg's lol.

I think they've finally switched back to non winterized fuel. So far I haven't noticed much gain I'm mpg vs the 5x 12's. Maybe 1/2-1 mpg. I'll put a couple more months on them and report back. I do still need to re-adjust the IP to work with these smaller injectors so that may affect mpg a little, for better or worse I don't know yet

I've never seen where injector choice affects mileage. Timing is the main cause. Unless of course one drives differently between different injectors.

OK so just old worn out leaky injectors verses clean new ones would most likely be what would make a difference

Thought I'd add that I added up my January through March 2014 vs 2015 MPG averages and their almost identical with 0.3 mpg better this year lol. So I'd say there probably isn't much difference in mpgs. I will check later with the warmer weather mpg averages. 13.26mpg is my average this winter BTW

Yea, I need to send the VE in to get looked at by another reputable rebuilder someday. There is a timing issue internally I think. Beside that, the flatbed took about 1-2 mpg away when I installed it and at least half of the miles I put on it are city and dirt road miles.
