60mm upgrade "how to"?

Postby Jelmer » Wed Feb 11, 2015 12:38 am

Is there a "how to" or something on how to put a 60mm compressor wheel and housing onto the H1C? Maybe with pictures?
I'm a bit scared when it comes to working on turbo's.....

For others that have a look at this thred Ill say that when removing the turbo charger I like to leave the Exhaust turbine housing on the truck and remove only the center rotating assembly and compressor. To do this there usually stuck together perty darn good and Iv found the best way for myself is to soak with penetrating oil (right where the turbine housing to rotating assembly mate)and then poor a good bit of boiling water over the turbine housing. slips off much pretty well after that.
