I haven't gotten any notifications in years. I don't subscribe to threads, but I used to get them for PMs.

Are the bosch sticks VCO and the aftermarket being SAC? Will a lphv piston pump provide enough fuel at 425ish whp?

If properly plumbed those piston pumps can theoretically support a little over a thousand horsepower, so yes they'll provide enough to make 425whp with one.

I can live with that :)

Will injector flow alter injection timing? Or is it only pop pressure?

Pop pressure is all, as far as I'm aware.
