Impressive! I guess the little ve likes to breathe up top with a freer flowing 24v head and larger turbo. Any tq #'s? How is that turbo to DD? Makes me want a 64/73/.85 lol.

24 valve head is more efficient down low. in 4th it did 1600tq, corrected. That cam and head is what allows me to run a large t4.

The extra fuel is from the THD 12mm ve pump. Historically, 260cc or so is max on a ve. We're getting 320 now, with mods. Still all Bosch parts (minus fuel pin and timing spacer).

This is really really great. RC, Is there a minimum reccomended injector size that should be run to keep stress off the pump?

I honestly wouldn't worry about running stock injectors. However 5x14/6x13 or larger, would be recommended... mainly because..... why run a higher flowing cc pump on small sticks? Defeats the purpose to some extent.

Makes sense, is the fuel delivery/cc curve similar to a 260cc pump in regards to rpm? Is the timing sweep set up different?

When will this pump be available and will there he limited production?

Any bolt on pump parts for sale that increase fuel delivery, or is it all internal mods to get the extra 40-60 cc? What size injectors do you bench your pumps with?

Internal. Std. .7mm p pump plates. Test injectors are nothing like engine injectors.

So if a stock maxed pump does 260ish cc on your pump stand, and a stock maxed pump does 300 cc on kta's pump stand/6x18 injectors, your pump on his stand and 6x18's would be somewhere around 360 cc?

370 cc is 100% of the possible fuel that a 12mm rotor and 3.2 cam plate can push/per 1000 strokes.

But yes, I would easily expect to do that with that large of an injector, that isn't proper to use to bench a pump.
