3rd gen intercooler??

hey my brother is getting hooked up on an almost new BD intercooler for his '06...can I use his factory intercooler in my 93?? I know it won't be a direct fit and there are plenty of writeups on putting a pwrstroke I/C in...anyone know if that'll fit or if it's worth doing? I'm not scared to do some fabricating and I can get it for dirty amounts of cheap...
'93 250 4x4 NV4500, flatbed, club cab, ex brake, pump tweaked, too many new ideas thanks to you guys.

G1956s (Greg) did it. Had to cut off the front horns of the frame...
