Towing with 435s???

Postby GO OVRIT » Mon Jan 28, 2008 3:11 pm

Anybody pulling big loads with 435s? I thought my mind was made up to get some 370s, but now I'm debating on the 435s. I got a PDRhx-40 and a 14cm housing, some cooler tubez a banks intercooler and have been looking at the snow stage 2 system. I don't tow all that often and not usually over 8 or 9K lbs. With a valet would the 435s be too big?

Well I know they are too big with the afc missing. LOL I think a valet and your air you may need a little H2O on the long grades but they should be ok.

Definatley cleaner at idle but still a slight haze. They gray haze under acceleration and punch it and put out 3 lanes. Of course this is no AFC so I don't know how they work with one of those.

with the afc you can tune alot of that out and i run enough timing so i think thats why i didnt have any idle haze with 435's
