Whats the torque spec for the 4 bolts that hold the pump head to the case? What about the large plug in the center? Any other specs I should know? Delivery valves into the pump head?

you torque it untill it doenst leak, 
i dont know the exact spec doesnt mater though i just titen them unlit i cant any more, never had one break
