Is this a 3200 governor spring??

Hey guys, i just pulled apart the pump that was on my old motor and i found what looks like an aftermarket governor spring. I have never seen a stock spring, so i dont know what they look like, but this one has pink writing on it, and it looks like it says 388?

1993 w350 6" lift, 35" all terrains. fuel screw in as far as it will go, pump mods, bully dog injectors, bullydog fuel pin, 14cm wastegated housing, water/meth injection. Ground AFC foot, 3200 spring

soon to come: turbo upgrade.

3200 would be a "366."

388 is stock.
