Dyno boost

Postby cummins king » Sat Mar 15, 2008 11:33 am

i know this is a long shot question,
but i have my twins on and evrything done but i havent switch to my 14mm pump yet, i also havent done my head yet, i retourqued it, but with the 12mm and a set of 6x20s i should be able to make 45+ pounds of boost, on the dyno
there is no point putting the 14mm pump on if the truck dosent have the rest of the mods
yes no
i guess it would be cool to get 12mm vs 14mm and cam plate numbers

i think i made my mine up, Just had to write it

Seeker I think you should go dyno your truck too. Be some fun and interesting results. Got to keep the d-maxs and new dodges from hogging all the hp. :P

CK, what kind of work have you done to your trans so far? Just wondering how your auto will vary on the dyno.

It is like .312 in and .385 exh cam lift or .531 and .639 valve lifts with 0 lash in operation they are about .520 and .620. It is very aggressive and requires good valve control. I will be working on trying to get the cheapest easiest pckage needed to run it put together in the next couple of months.

Not unless your head has been decked, your block decked, or your valve protrusion changed.
