Silicone Hose!

Postby CumminsPride » Fri Apr 18, 2008 7:47 am

Is 3/4" silicone hose normally $14 a foot? I just went and got a bit of it for my twins project at NAPA and was stunned to hear $46 for the total of 3'.

Heck, maybe I'm buying over kill hose or somthing. I called all over and heat resistant silicone 3/4" is cheapest at advance auto parts for 9.80 per foot. It's baby blue. I dunno???

Oh well, I guess I got the right stuff but maybe silicone is filled with diesel and the price is going up! The twins are in and done other than oil lines. I got my new 47rh put in and now I have to finish the wiring and trans cooler lines. And of course fill the thing with fluid. Then it's test drive time.
