I'd think he meant that the frotn wheel would come off the ground. Kinda like a semi with a half worn clutch starting on a hill with a novice driver- I've seen them rock and roll quite a bit.
I would think the weight of the B-series would be a limiting factor on how high the front end would come off the ground. When anyone brags about their (fill in the blank) "has enough power to lift the front wheels off the ground," I tell them to add 5 tractor weights on the front bumper and see if it'll still do it
