The bracket's easy to get to, the one back behind the pump requires an S-wrench.

I got a set of metric and SAE reversible Gearwrench S-wrenches from Sears for $120...

Then I spent another $100 for a set of metric and SAE Gearwrench halfmoon wrenches...

Try a swivel socket, or DPuckett got his with a crows foot and a few extensions.
I used the blue flame tool and made me a custom bent wrench.

Ditto on the link Philip posted. I have a Snap-On pump wrench and it fits like a charm.

But that's just way, way, way too much work.

Instead of doing that I wasted an hour or so the first time trying to put a stubby wrench on it and hit the stubby wrench from down under with a hammer and two foot punch.

I actually got it off the first time with a universal joint and a socket, but I couldn't put it back on that way without torquing off the socket.

But without a S-wrench, it's a power steering/ vacuum pump removal job.
