Question on which models will work for me. I have looked at 13301 and 13204, and would like to know if either or both of these will work for me?
thanks,

We need a little more info. What truck, what fuel pump, what injectors, what you'e doing, etc.
This is kinda like me walking up to you and holding out 2 numbers, and asking which color paint would look better on my house? ;)

I know he listed what his options are, but shouldn't it matter what pump he's using, and how much fuel he needs, like injector size?
If I'm wrong here, I apoligize. I just know more info is better than less. ;-)

Yep you are right Pete, it does matter what he is trying to accomplish with what.

Well with your other post, I got the impression that you thought I was razzing him unneccessarily. :?

Quit giving me a complex!

I just wanted to know if either of the regulators I mentioned would work on my truck (specifically if they will work on diesel). right now I only have a piston pump stock injectors but am planning on 6x.016 injectorsand going from the 366 spring to a 354spring and have a s300 62/65/14 wastegated turbo I haven't decided on which electric fuel pump yet.

I read somewhere in Aeromotive's catalog or website that a lot of their gasoline stuff (if not all of it) will work with diesel. As far as flow capacity, I'm not sure. From what I understand, 3/8" lines should have no problem supporting 400hp. Hopefully the people with experience in these matters will chime in. You might try calling Aeromotive and asking them what they recommend. I know that there are a few people using their stuff on diesels, so hopefully they will have some answers for you.

Edit: I found it. On page 12 of Aeromotive's 2008 catalog, it states that their products are compatible with diesel and E85( :puker: ).

Wolfy, with a piston pump you don't need it. When you switch to the electric, it will matter what you use as far as flow. If you go with an Airdog or one of those, you can usually get a spring that will regulate down to the pressure you need. They also have their own return line, so it's a self contained unit.
If you are going with an Aeromotive pump or some such, you will need the regulator. That's about all I know on those pumps. Pretty sure there are some guys on here using them. Give them a few days and they'll chime in.
Not all are site addicted like me!

Oh, and you don't want to go over 30psi. This seems to be about the magic number for the front seal blowing out, more or less.

I'm using 13204. I'd recommend it over the 13301 just because it doesn't have pipe thread sealed inlet and outlets. I don't care for pipe thread sealed fittings. I prefer an or jic o-ring sealed fittings like the 13204 has.

The regulator I'm running is the Aeromotive 13207 http://www.aeromotiveinc.com/products.php?prod=46

It's rated for diesel and uses the O-ringed fittings. It works well. :)
