How much should I have the OEM 7mm nozzles honed to flow more than my POD's
1990/1992 D250 Ram Diesels Modified by *Smokehouse Diesel* Ashland, Ohio ( )==='==~

Funny that you should ask. I was about to pose that "hypothetical" question myself.
I would have said...
"What if I were to find out that we still had our 'dyna flow' polishing machine and I wanted to experiment with extrude honing out some tips. How much larger would I make the holes?"
A "dyna flow" uses an abrasive slurry that gets passed back and forth thru a workpiece by hydraulic cylinders. In theory it would pass thru each hole equally. In theory it would also not change the hole angle in relation to the tip. The only control is the amount of times the slurry is passed thru....and the makeup of that slurry...which is what it is.
We use at times it to polish some of our forming dies.
