timed at 1.7 mm lift @ tdc,how many degrees?

slow on the farm today so i check my timing again with dial indicator, i try to figure a way to measure degress advance by marking damper. then add pump advance to that but im not smart enough to figure it out. iwant to know how many degrees at full advance im running, @ 1.7 mm. ? thanks for help.
