Delivery valves. The six little check valves that screw onto the injection pump outlet ports.

The test stand says 5-10cc at low rpms and none at high rpm's, so like 10rwhp in the 1000-2000rpm range. Not worth a swap in my opinion.

Yah, I would agree. Except for the person who is trying to break there own personal HP wrecord and is being held back. I think it may be the little "nudge" they are looking for.

Is there a way to tell them apart? Any markings on the out side?

The nonIC DV's are longer and the injection line ends are a different thread.

The threads are the same. The IC DV's have a notch ground in the collar to bleed off unbalanced pressure in the fuel lines to improve idle quality. The Non IC DV's are a standard no relief style with a smaller retraction area AKA Collar.

I have a 114 pump the delivery valves on it is 1.625 long from the head to the end of the injection line threaded section.

The 205 pump setting beside it measusres 1.090 from the head to the end of the injection line threaded section.

The thread pitch is 1.5MM I didn't go for a size check. It looks like they are the same size. So I was wrong there.
