Meh, I'm just gonna bump this as things get done.

Finished filling and matching my T6 flange:

Justin: Yeah, it hasn't moved. Nothing I work on stays in the same place as I work, but it's supposed to be in the same spot, and it's definitely in the same area as it started.

Thank goodness for secretarys, huh?

I'll have that coffee now, Ms. Hineman.

*double checks the parts list Hineman gave me to make sure I won't need his help after that*

Also, fwiw, hot pipe isn't done yet. It pulled a little when we welded it, so I guess I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and weld the last cut while it's bolted up. I figure I'll make a "gasket" out of a pop (beer) can so no slag gets in the S400.

I try to help and this is the thanks I get.
Don't worry, when you get done you'll have the 2nd highest horsepower VE truck in Gallia county.

Hint on the 1st...it's a green 2wd.

That's not saying much considering I'm decently sure we're 2 out of the 3 VE trucks in Gallia County. :P

I wouldn't be surprised to still be #3 to be honest, but who cares? I get to listen to twins.

I guess he doesn't have much to say back to that, huh, Justin?

You still need to get that new turbo on before you can hang with us though, the 5-speed just isn't enough any more. :P

Anyways, I cut my hotpipe and bolted both ends, so this should keep it from pulling next time it gets welded. I also pulled off the inner fender finally, so I can see what I'm working with in relation to drains. I think it'll be ok with a "T", but I'll have to get some miles on it to see. It did allow me to get some better pics of the layout:

The plan is to run the BHAF from the same location. Since I'll never have that S400 working to it's full potiental, I don't see any need to try hacking some odd filter in there yet. If it acts like it's chocking out on the dyno or something, I'll just pull the filter off of it. That blue silicone is temporary. SIS was out of the black ones, so that'll have to do until they restock. ;-)

EDIT: Justin, I just realized that as the only one with a running truck, you don't have much keeping-up to do at all.

I know, it's a blue 4wd with one turbo. :P
(that will outrun my driveway dweller right this moment. )

@Taco

Looks good. Before you weld the hotpipe, I would bevel the edges of the pipe like the weld elbows were to begin with.
Should be fun to have two twins trucks cruisin' Gallipolis.
