h1c is stock. i personally dont see how a 4 inch dp makes a difference when your turbo outlet is 3. i think just going 4 inch from dp back is plenty good.

Like said, your stock turbo is an H1C with an 18.5cm housing.

A 4" exhaust system is a good upgrade, but with a turbo like the H1C that has a 3" exhaust outlet, a 4" downpipe won't do you any good until you step up to a turbo with a 4" outlet.

That's what I think anyways, but I've been wrong before. :D

I always get confused with those names. What is the Super B? Is it the S300G or a larger one?

I believe the super B is the 57mm model. The other custom sizes ( 62, 64,66, ) is the super b special. So I have been told, but who knows. :D

Loudness typically has to do with the muffler, the diameter of the pipe usually just makes the sound deeper. As far as turbos the Super B is a s300g with an extended tip upgraded wheel. The Super B Special only comes in one size the 64/71/14. It also has the extended tip wheel. Upgrading to a 4" downpipe could help slightly in that the exaust will expand as it enters the larger diameter of the 4" downpipe which will help pull some exaust out. Now turbo vehicals typically have a fair amount of positive pressure pushing the exaust out already so the expansion of the gases may not help as much as non turbo applications. .02$
