the last owner said he turned in the fuel screw a half turn but then turned it back to stock, how can i tell he did? i noticed on the screw thread it has a stopper beed to prevent it fron being screwed in to far and that beed isent close to touching, it still can be turned in alot till it touches

the absence of the tamper proof cap tells me somebody was messing with it.

Im pretty sure he screwed the fuel screw in at Diesel Drag day in Winterport. I remember him under the hood doing some adjustments. Is your egt gauge in yet? You will need it now that you have a new fuel pin.

no im gonna intall the guage asap, i noticed on the test runs that the regular heat guage showed a lil warmer

I also saw him pull the truck at a fair. I never saw him beat it. He was not the " win at all cost " kinda guy.

yea thats what he told me he said he felt bad beating on it and also having the screws screwed in sohe put them back
