I'm sure 4" would have been fine for my current setup, but the outlet on the s400 that will be installed this summer (along with the s300 and a lot of other things) is 5", so I wanted to run it all the way back. As to how much better 5" is than 4", I've only had stock and the setup I have now. I gained 2 psi of boost going to whats in the pictures.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but bully dogs 4" turbo back is a 3" downpipe.. I run no muffler.. basically transfer case back is 4" off the '94's and up, then I kept the factory 3" down pipe cause its exactly the same :S and stole the 4" piece that goes from the down pipe beside the transfer case from the bully dog system..

My brothers g/fs dad has 5" magnaflow on his 05, and (I didnt mention that in my previous statement that I run 5" from just inside the frame out the side behind the rear tire), and idling mine sounds identical. His has a muffler, mine does not.
