S300G and EDMS-Good combo?

I found an s300g at my local diesel shop, texasdieselpower.com, for $900. I believe its comparable to the BD Super B single, which is 1300. Would this turbo be a good match for some streetable edms? Would 5x14s be streetable, or are they too intense? This truck is a daily driver btw.
