I don't have pics, but I can give you a rundown that I observed on this one.
As far as I have been able to discern, the Mexican version was basically the same as ours, other than trim, safety standards and emissions, up until @ 1998, when they switched the the "New" Ram style sheetmetal.
On this 1994 one, the placard on the tailgate is very much like our LE ones, EXCEPT no D-O-D-G-E, it calls the name "Ramcharger" in a font similar to the '96 Dakota Sport stickering. VERY mundane and plain looking, though it still has the red stripe.
Wheels, though they are 1/2 ton aluminum wheels, they are very unique-looking and quite attractive, totally unlike anything on the aftermarket in the U.S.
Steering wheel, it uses the air bag set-up like a '94 Ram and looking at it, this affects the dash harness and some other parts associated, which makes it a one off deal.
Console/seats, while the bucket seats are very much similar to the U.S. version, the console is definitely it's own Mexican design, in that the top is covered in some sort of material and there are cup holders built into it.
ID tagging, the VIN tag is definitely unique, in that it not only calls out the VIN, but it also lists the drivetrain this particular unit was built with, in this case a 518 automatic, a 5.9 engine and a 3.54 axle ratio, ALL on the VIN tag.
Under the hood is the sticker we would look at for the emmissions, except it is in Spanish, pretty interesting that the Mexican version would actually still utilize this tag.
The VIN tag is the same character structure and number of characters as ours in the U.S.
The engine and transmission were already gone in this one, so I couldn't actually look the engine over to see if there were actually any differences in emissions controls, though the ECM was still there and it was mounted in the fender differently, as well as having a part number I wasn't familiar with.
I'm planning on a trip down to Kansas to try to buy it complete, but the yard owner had warned me that they might not want to sell it complete, he needed to see if it was legal.
Even if he can't, I'll acquire the Mexican specific stuff and some of the more unique Ramcharger specific parts while I am there.
Mark.
