Gauge, or not, I won't re-use them.
Stock gasket would be the best. Don't cheap out on it, or you'll get to go it again. Make sure to lube the threads and under the head of the bolts.
And, a BOTTOM tap would be best to use. Can clean out more of the hole. Not tapered at the bottom.
