Herculiner, by chance? My boss used it in a few trucks and to coat a new transfer L-shaped fuel tank. Seems to be holding up decent. Not as tough as a Rhinoliner, but a hell of a lot cheaper. And, easy enough to clean up and touch it up, if needed.
