I dunno, I doubt it but I haven't checked. I would think getting the air out of it would be kind of a bear at that point, it's take some really smashed pipe to do it. Also fitting any sort of tensioning device in that small of a track would be tough. I guess I could try to run it off the engine's belt but I'd like to have more options in my gearing.

I'd like to just flip the manifold and move it over it but that external 'gate won't let that happen. Like I said, this is just some eyeballing within the means that I have right now. Once I get the HX mounted and start flipping the manifold around it'll give me more options.

Dazed, best I could tell there's about 4" or so of hood clearance above the halve covers. There may be an inch or so more, but I just measured best I could up through the inner fender. I don't really think a cowl hood would cut it, but I would have to pull my piping and set it up on the VC's to see if I'm missing something, but I don't see it happening.

Anyways, just when you thought it was safe to go back in the garage...

Frame's pretty sexy, just gets crusty about the same spot the Dodge's does. Only the very back 1/4 of it will need much de-crusting.

The eaton is a little under 5.5" tall according to my drawing there, but that must be the Lightning blower and not the Cobra one. Mine's a bit taller and a huh? longer due to the sideways inlet.

A cowl may work but if it's a Lightning blower you'll have to get the inlet in over top of it and a Cobra one will have to come in the side. Nothing's impossible. ;)

Just ordered a full poly body bushing kit, I'm now debating on which of my drivetrain polys are going to bite the dust. The truck is just too damn rattley with them all in. I'm hoping replacing the trans x-member with rubber will cut it, those things are hella hard compared to the engine mount's poly.

Turned out a downpipe flange for this crazy-ass HX52 outlet, fits 4" pipe and should use a normal 4" OD V-band clamp.
