I've read where some turbos have a standard 6point nut and some have 12point nuts, the ones with 6point nuts are balanced with the intake turbine and exhaust turbine/shaft as one piece. Those will probably need rebalancing. Don't take my word for that but id research that a little more before you wind up with a worthless turbo or a grenade.
