Cooler tubes went on without trimming them. I saved that for this morning thinking I was going to have to cut'em in half and shorten them.

I glad they went on like that cause it gave alittle time for me to Dick with this

 Mr Pete you know you like it

Thanks a lot! I just threw up my keyboard a little bit. :( You should have put the "Cummins" in the chevy emblem or something. It looks weird with both of them. Actually, that sounds like a good idea, Either blue or orange for the chevy bowtie, with "Cummins" thru the middle, Or maybe smaller and towards the upper half. ;)

Well Pete...I'm glad your such a fan  it's pretty much staying as is,it's not really what I wanted...it's what I got from ol'sis in law

I like it anyhow

I did order 200$ worth of stuff off of Ebay tho. A condenser, universal AC hose Kit and a 0-90 ohm fuel sender today. As the dodge condenser was giving me fits fitting I found this hotrod builders condenser that measures 11x21 and should let me mount it to the cooler so I can retain my hood safety latch. The hose Kit will be a time saver too,the place that custom builds them for me is about 60mile from me so it's kinda out of the way. The fittings that come with it are crimp style so I'll have to con the local coop into mashing them on with the hydro hose crimper they have.....should work out :/
The fuel sender I ordered will be for the fuel cell im gonna build. I want a 40 gallon tank and they cost to much,so I bought some plate

Ellis.............you do good work, I do have to say that.

C'mon, a Sis in Law isn't really family! My wife and I both hate her brothers wife, she's a know it all that won't let him barely go the bathroom by himself. Since the kids left they're joined at the hip, or someplace.

Oh, like it won't get twisted when that mighty Cummins wads up that tinfoil 1/2 ton chevy frame?

Mr Pete I'm looking for another frame to cut down to box this one with......in the future

It's not an easy hunt :? Seems every motard around scraped everything that was heavy and these old trucks were on the list I guess. I did however find a 3+3 dually 8) . If I can sweet talk the old lady that owns it to sell it to me I might have another Cummins swap in my future  .......might be the end of the old dodge too.

Now you're starting to sound like Caleb, screwing some old lady to get her truck! (Although I'm sure you mean figuratively and he did it literally! )

I also just meant that I wouldn't worry about a little twist in it. ;)

Update! I've made progress :)
Cab is silver.....in side and jambs anyhow
Image
Got the AC box install along with the booster an brake saddle
Image
Got some of the dash put in
Image
Glued in the headliner and started screwing the extremely brittle plastic trim in
Image
The headliner is faded out pretty bad and the trim is off colored as well :? It'll have to do for now.....least till I find more pieces. I may just find some of the interior paint ive used in the past,or might call an upholstery shop to see if they can put some sexy in this thing.....after it runs awhile
