I forgot how much bigger of a fellow you were than me, it makes sense the Midget wouldn't be enough for you. I guess you can throw in Hiney's Green Weenie as well, two servings for ya. :P

Well that u joint didn't last long. Going to order one more and try to force a bit more grease in it when I put it together.

What exactly happened to it.....crushed pins,worn journals?
93 D250 ,5 speed,4.11s,k&n autometer tach pyro trans boost guages,GDS 60mm h1c 14cm,honed 5x10,hplp/reg,1/8 timing,M+H M2 fuel pin, tims cooler tubz

Idk yet I just noticed today it was real sloppy when I was checking my rear brakes. Its tight on the driveshaft side but loose on the rear end side. I think it didn't have enough grease in it to start and it has no grease fitting.

i dont know why they would even make a u joint without a grease fitting.
92 d350, arp's, orings, 150lb springs, 4200 gsk ,ground pin ,64/71/14 ,ddp inj's, ats manifold, tim's tubez, ats trans, FASS, locker, timing + a tooth, bcdd intake

Are the caps tight in the yoke, or do you mean that's what's sloppy?

The caps are tight on the yoke. The caps have slop in them were the universal rides. The needle bearings are gone if I had to guess.

I pulled it apart and band aided it back together. These are the cups on the rear end yoke. I think it got hot.
