Never tell them to do it when they have time! That's when it gets a few days work done and then shoved into a corner forever!

Anyone here replace the spring and shackle bushings? What a pain in the butt.... Took atleast a half hour to 40 minutes of air hammering before the fricken things finally popped out. Replaced all of the front bushings except one that i couldnt even get the bolt out of.. I figured if i couldnt get the bolt out it didnt need to come out to bad

Can't say I did.

I got all the bolts out pretty easy (weird!) but didn't think to...oh well, maybe when I get it finished I'll decided I need to rearch the springs and do them then?

My bushings came right out! I used the torch and cut the spring eye, then just cut the bolt at each end of the bushing and pryed them out of the shackle and the mount.

Can't say anyone would, but I found a place online that sells the Lund visor for a regular cab for about $230?
