Hello all!
I have recently purchased a 1992 Dodge 3500 2wd ext cab cummins AUTO. The truck has about 250k miles on it but runs PERFECT... however, I have many of the plagued issues that are most common with these trucks and I find this forum very helpful.
Problem:
The key is stuck into the column and I cannot get it to release. I am fearful that I am going to break the column if I try to much harder... Does anyone have or heard of a solution to this problem?
I should probably call a lock smith but what is the fun in that?
Here is the truck as well as some others that I purchased at the same time, from the same owner... and YES, the old 1969 Dodge D200 Camper Special, as well as, the 1970 Dodge D100 will be receiving 12v Cummins engines with NV4500 mated to np205, therefore I will be asking you guys a lot of questions!
Thanks, Joshua
