If the turbo came off an 04.. it'll either be an he341 or he351. What style of compressor outlet does it have? Forward facing or v-band style?

If it has a v-band style outlet, then it is more than likely an hx35. Curious to know, because that would determine what cross over you need.

The only "off the shelf" cross over that I'm aware of was from cooler tubz.... though he has retired. Hopefully another forumer who knows him better than I can let us know if he has sold the company, or? I've heard rumors of it....

Last I heard he sold all the jigs. I asked him this last SOP if he was done and he said yes. Rumor mill has it that ASA Modifides will be making them. There is another company making a NON-IC crossover...just can't remember where....gonna have to Google it.

Do it! At least a few sets. I waited too long and now I wait for a used set to pop up.I'm sure other members and folks would be interested in them, especially if you can crank them out fast and sell them on a certain website ;)

There is a 3" nipple for the HX35 that you will find useful. Columbus Diesel sells it, and I used one on my Non-IC'd 1990 HX35 swap. I did make a custom cross over tube, but with a supplier of mandrel bent tubing and TIG welder in hand it was not so difficult...:)
cheers,

Second Hand Smoke Diesel sells a 3inch cross over tube on their site. I bought my 23 to 29 spline transfer case coupler and he was a great guy to deal with.
