It does seem to be a never ending process. Especially so when you start wanting to change things up before you actually have it on the road.

My external gate came in today, unfortunately had to pull the manifold back off and do some tweaking to the divider on my wastegate port. Had a photo op with the thermal blankets too. If your looking for a blanket, Thermal Zero is the way to go, 3 different colors, made in the usa, and way cheaper than any others i've seen.

That's a nice looking set up. How much did the blankets run ya?

Thanks man. This has been a long time in the works. 99 for the t6 and 79 for the t3, they are made in the USA By thermal zero. They fit awesome. Bought them off amazon.

Do you know if they're available in black?

Well not much to speak of for progress this week, held up waiting for my t6 flange. I did however order a bunch of AN fittings to make up my oil lines. Also got all the piping that ill need. Found out there is going to be a brand new powdercoating shop open up about 15 minutes away! Makes things a little more convenient once I get things welded up.

Got in the t6 flange, and tacked things together for the 1st mock up. I've got to tighten up my hot pipe, the way it sits now my s475 is hanging out way too far. Also not going to be able to use the vband elbow that I have. Going to need to fab up an elbow. Overall some progress was made tonight just not satisfied with the positioning of things. Image

Umm just putting this out there, but are you aware you don't need that secondary spacer when running the secondary in that orientation? It's only actually needed if running the secondary facing forward with the manifold up like I did with my compounds

I don't know if these numbers will actually help, but I got them off an he551 to 4" 90 (turned out to be the same size flange as standard cover s400's) it's a much tighter radius than what you have there

Yeah its a t4-t3 adapter. I plan on going to a 66/80 setup and a p pump eventually so I went with a t4 manifold. Thanks for the numbers. I'll have to take a look at them
