Gasser tach in a 92-93 Cummins

So I was reading rumors you could run a gasser tach on 4cyl mode using the tach plug. You can, and I believe it is pretty close to being accurate. I'll give you the specs and you guys figure rpm and I will see if I was close. 265-75-16 rear tires, 3.55, getrag trans, running 60mph.
92 D350 Cab and Chassis. Auto stock, wiring gremlins. 330k miles
92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.
85 D350 single wheel, converted to cummins, getrag, turned up 2 turns and afc screw flush.

I bought some adapter thingy off ebay to do this also. it didn't work, but im not convinced I have a functioning tach output signal

I just used female ends and plugged the individual wires into the factory plug. I wish I had the actual plug but this works for now, everything for the tach is wired through the factory plug also, lights, signal wire, ground, and power. Its an Autometer 10k tach with a shift light lol. I had it for 15 years and haven't used it in anything really and decided I might as well try it.
