I've had it for 5 years now. They have been on me about it and after the last outbreak the doc said it's time to see how bad it is. I have to see a surgeon now.

Well since it was a beautiful weekend I worked on the Excursion. Replaced the leaking tappet cover and started test fitting. It needs to come out again but it's progress.

Yeah half an inch and radiator forward a quarter inch or so.

Well thanks to Ellis I was able to get the trans in today. He supplied me with the missing Flexplate bolts i needed. Still need to get a transmission mount and do some adjustments. I have to find a kickdown cable as well.

Update?
92 D350 Cab and Chassis. Auto stock, wiring gremlins. 330k miles
92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.
85 D350 single wheel, converted to cummins, getrag, turned up 2 turns and afc screw flush.

I finally got this one the road this year. It runs nice and makes a great family hauler.

I've put 4000 miles on it on a few months and the only failure I've had has been my Van Aken box

I don't know why the picture isn't showing up now. Photobucket is so screwed up anymore. Didn't really do a build thread on this one. It's just the excursion I finished up.
