OK, I found the math for calculating the pressure ratios of each stage of compression of the heap.
Keep in mind, I need to run the same test for each change and note the same area of each graph to try and keep things apples to apples. The blue line running straight up and down is the reference line. All the numbers for each sensor are those at that instance.
I can't remember the exact engine RPM I ran up to last night. It wasn't very high. Still gotta dial-in the tach and speedo in the logger.
This evening, I made a 3rd gear pull, up a hill, from about 40ish to 80ish. I think I got off of it around 3800 or so engine RPM. With that, I'm referencing those numbers just before i let off.
Anyhoo, yesterdays run suggest my initial pressure ratios were:
Primary = 3.84 (41.8psi)
Secondary = 1.28 (58psi)
Folks have suggested I tighten the waste-gate so as to drive the secondary a little harder.
So, I tightened the WG three turns I think it was.
This evening's test @ 3800RPM(+/-) says:
Primary = 4.31 (48.7psi)
Secondary = 1.57 (65psi)
Perhaps tighten it a little more . . .
