Finally found a somewhat local machine shop experienced specifically with a 12v. As they pretty-much are the only in the 'hood, there's an expected three to four week turn-around time. Take a number . . . .
Got to sit down with the block and have a prayer meeting. Lay hands on it and see what pistons and bearings (if any) are needed. Got the head on the bench. Need to remove the valves and see how they, the guides and seats are.
Screw it. Let's go to the beach.
