I am running the BD Super B Special (64/71/14) and can spool it like a stock turbo or better. Aside from what JAyers mentioned you better have some custom EDM sticks and a 14mm h/r. I am trying to upgrade mine to a 66mm wheel so if it gets done I will post some results. I gotta say the 64mm turbo is AWSOME. I can spool it to the wategate setting (45psi) in about 1-2seconds and it sounds EVIL.
My cruising EGT's are up 150deg to 800@65mph but my WOT playing EGT's are down. It is hard to compare because I did a lot of mods since my last turbo. (cam, edm sticks, IP, etc.)
