Places to buy 1st Gen Parts

Postby SChandler » Thu Feb 26, 2009 1:42 pm

A thread containing links to sites with 1st Gen parts was suggested in the "Suggestions" section. How about we go with this format: website, parts types, whether you've used them or not. Doesn't have to be exactly that, but that should be the general idea of the post.

https://www.sourceautomotive.biz/index.php - Engine parts, 4" exhuast, cluthces - I've purchased from them and will again. If it's not listed, give them a call.

http://www.stans-headers.com/diesel.htm - full 4" exhaust - I've got their exhaust system on my 92 and would recommend them.

http://www.dynomitediesel.com/ - injectors, fuel pins, gov. spring, other parts (expanding inventory) - I am running one of their fuel pins.

http://www.neweradiesel.com/ - injectors (including custom EDM's), turbos, clutches - have not used them.

http://www.scheiddiesel.com/home_0.shtml - full line of parts - if you don't see it, call them - have not used them.

http://www.puredieselpower.com Lots of injectors, exhausts, gov spring, rebuilt VE pumps, turbo housings

I also highly recommend Geno's. Get all my filters from them. Most anything they don't have they will order for you. They ordered me a 4000rpm tach from Isspro.

I am pretty surprised nobody on here referenced CPP Diesel. They have been my go to store for diesel parts shopping:
