If you'd like to stay at around 50psi, each charger should be operating at a pressure ratio of about 2.1. This would give you about 50psi after the secondary, and each compressor would be in (if not slightly below) it's map. A pressure ratio of 2.1 is only 16.2psi though, and without changing the wastegate actuator, I don't think you'll be able to adjust it that low.
I'd try it set at whatever the wastegate actuator normally opens at (probably right around 20psi).
